How do we inspire and motivate our children to the best they can be? Inspiration has an “Inside Out” foundation, how do we begin to understand ourselves and our children from the “inside out?” We will explore “Why”, we do what we do, so we can begin to understand our children/students. It is a parallel process.
Objectives: Participants will be able to:
• Begin to understand that Inspiration and motivation is an interconnected parallel process.
• Consider their Why as they are preparing to engage with their children/students.
• Develop clarity that Inspiration is rooted from the “inside” and Motivation is an “outside” manifestation of Inspiration.
