FREE outdoor, family-friendly concert featuring local musician, Brian Owens. The festival includes free food and fun activities for children, including bounce house, cotton candy station, stilt walkers, arts & crafts and much more! Family Vibes Concert is presented by BeTogetherSTL with Refuge and Restoration.

Brian Owens is a vibrant soul singer known for his Johnny Cash covers and exploring the “Soul of Ferguson” with an album named for his hometown.

BeTogetherSTL includes community events like Family Vibes Concert, family activities and resources intended to help children and families thrive through and beyond the challenges of the COVID pandemic with a focus on mental health and wellness. The initiative is funded by St. Louis County’s Children’s Services Fund and presented by University City Children’s Center and LUME Institute.
